RapidFlex^® Model 995 is a heavy-duty exterior high speed rubber door that features a multi-reinforced NBR rubber curtain and high strength guide construction to withstand harsh exterior conditions. It features an independently tested wind load of up to 27.0 psf*. The RapidFlex^® Model 995 includes industry-leading standard safety features such as reversing edge, two sets of infrared obstruction detection sensors and door stop device. Perfect for parking garages, food/beverage, mining, auto/transit and manufacturing facilities.

Further enhancing its resilience, the door incorporates a break-away design that allows it to detach from the side guides upon impact, minimizing damage. This feature is complemented by a self-resetting mechanism, enabling the door to be easily realigned and operational after an incident without requiring complex repairs.

Advanced Safety and Operational Features

Safety is a core consideration for the Model 995, evident in its integrated obstruction detection system. Two sets of infrared sensors are strategically mounted near the door's path to immediately detect any objects or personnel, triggering an automatic reversal to prevent accidents.

Operation is managed by a direct drive motor and gearbox system, ensuring smooth and reliable performance. The control panel utilizes a variable frequency drive for precise speed control, up to 50 inches per second, and includes a NEMA 4X cULus listed enclosure for protection against environmental factors. It also features onboard self-diagnostics and a service reminder, along with a padlockable field disconnect for added security.
